Laura Anderson is responsible for directing and overseeing the operations of St. Charles School. She earned an undergraduate degree in elementary education from Cardinal Stritch University with a minor in Mathematics, a masters degree at Aurora University and a certificate of Educational Leadership from Marquette University. She began teaching in 1992 and has taught mostly in middle school grades but also in programs for talented elementary graders. While she still likes to teach mathematics for middle schoolers, she currently enjoys stopping in to see all the different levels of teaching and learning throughout St. Charles school. She has also been using her gifts as a Catholic educator and leader to become involved teaching catechism and planning retreats for the middle school and staff. In her free time, Laura enjoys the outdoors and watching a myriad of sporting events, and reading--especially mystery novels.
