  • How do I submit information for the bulletin?
      1. Submit information no later than the Friday one weekend in advance of the requested bulletin. (Exp: Information for the weekend of Oct. 20 & 21, must be submitted no later than Friday the 12th.) 
      2. Information must be submitted in a small article about 150 words. Images and pdfs may be attached, but might not be used. 
      3. All information is subject to review and due to limited space might not be used or used only once. 
      4. Email your information to Renee Krier at rkrier@stcharleshartland.org.
  • What are the 2018 holiday bulletin due dates?
    • If you have an event(s) you would like to publicize in a November, December and January bulletin please summit your information by the due dates listed below. This earlier deadline is due to the printer's holiday schedule. Please submit all articles by 8:00 am on the due date. Thank you!

      • Nov. 18th Bulletin information is due Nov. 7th
      • Nov. 25th Bulletin information is due Nov. 12th
      • Dec. 2nd Bulletin information is due Nov. 26th
      • Dec. 9th Bulletin information is due Nov. 28th
      • Dec. 16th Bulletin information is due Dec. 3rd
      • Dec. 23rd Bulletin information is due Dec. 5th
      • Dec. 30th Bulletin information is due Dec. 10th
