St. Vincent de Paul Weekly Update

FOOD PANTRY NEEDS: Kleenex, maple syrup, cleaning supplies, variety of Ragu spaghetti sauce (not traditional)

As we celebrate the feast of Easter on Sunday, we find the challenge of also seeing and believing the resurrection that comes through our own lives of self-sacrifice. It is then that we are truly Easter people! Please know that by your generosity you are a sign of God's love to those who are suffering, and you give them Easter hope and joy.

A special thank you to the St. Charles Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts for their hard work on Saturday, March 16! It was their annual food drive for our St. Vincent de Paul food pantry, and over 1,500 items were donated. They have adopted the food pantry again this year as their charity!

If you are in need of assistance or know someone who is in need, please contact the St. Charles Society of St. Vincent de Paul at 262-367-0800. We want to help! The SVDP pantry is located at 229 Lawn Street, Hartland and is open on Tuesday morning between 10am and noon. It is also open on the second and fourth Tuesday evenings of the month between 5:30pm and 7pm.

The food pantry will be closed when Arrowhead Schools close for inclement weather. It will open the following week, weather permitting.
